3. Vincente Minnelli

Vincente Minelli had a very strange approach to his sexuality — so much so that he might be considered more bisexual than gay. He would tell people that he was gay in New York where it was more accepted, and straight in L.A., where it wasn’t. He took his rules seriously and got married four different times to women while still keeping up his gay lifestyle in New York.

It’s really cute you have an imaginary friend and everything, and kudos on the whole bitter, insufferable cut act, but you may want to tone it back just a hair; it’s coming off as a little “too believeable”, if you know what I’m saying.

    Stay Sweet!

What about Michael Jackson. Married to Lisa Marie… but definitely gay. Then again child molesters aren’t really gay so nevermind. CMs are incurable sickos.

I believe they have the wrong Larry King here. Billy Jean was married to Larry King the attorney not Larry King the talk show host.

What amazes me, and I would like to point out- Is that it’s perfectly ok for a person to come out as gay. They are supposedly identifying who they really are and fellow people are supposed to let them decide who they want to be. Yet, they are ridiculed by the very same “open minded” people if they ever decide they are not in fact, gay. Case in point, Melissa Etheridge’s ex wife, Julie Cypher. Why was it ok for everyone else to come out and live as gay, but she wasn’t since she went “back to the dark side”? Aren’t we supposed to let her decide who and what she is? Isn’t it just as much of a shame that children are dragged into life changing events when a parent decides anything new in their sexuality?

    Food for thought.

Homosexuality, from what I have researched, is a psychological sickness which those who have chosen to walk down that path refuse to admit to and get the therapy they need. Too many people say that if they want to love this way why can’t they? Fine, go ahead. This is The United States of America. I had to come to terms with this myself since at one time I was quite negative about it. I still believe that there is something in a person’s life that has happened that has made the homosexual person choose to go down this path, that it is nothing physical like some gay gene like some people believe that there is. Also, those homosexuals who expect churches to accept them with wide open arms need to get a clue that with the Bible saying what it does about homosexuality, there is ABSOLUTELY NO way WHATSOEVER that they are going to be accepted by any churches unless a church decides that numbers in their congregation are more important than following the doctrine that God laid out for mankind and womankind to follow. In order to be accepted by churches that follow God’s Word through the Scriptures in the Bible then they must repress their urges to have intimate relationships with those of the same gender. PERIOD!!! It’s that cut and dry!

One thing I did not think of in my first comment that homosexuals have to think about is if it is truly worth it that engaging in same sex relationships truly worth the risk of AIDS.

People like Ann Heche and Julie Cypher give credence that homosexuality is a psychological disease and that therapy is needed.

Meredith Baxter is another example of homosexuality being psychological. After four failed marriages it really isn’t surprising that Meredith Baxter would be turned off to men and want to try the alternative lifestyle and accept it as who she is when, in reality, it is just the sake of wanting companionship and compensating for it in order to have it.

Homosexuality is not a choice. Perhaps your research should be done in current medical materials. Many, if not all of us, fall along a line from straight to gay with few at the extremes. That many women are late to find or act on attraction to other women gives some credence to your statement, although statistically lesbians are the least sexually active of the spectrum.

If you are straight, and I am not suggesting otherwise, what would it take to change the object of your sexual desires. Could you choose to change?

My Bible does not contain the word “homosexual” nor do I find where Jesus condemned that behavior. He traveled with twelve men, never married that we can prove. Churches are the constructs of humans and seek to shape behaviors by creating the rules you cite.

Carol sweetie, AIDS began sweeping through America back in the 1980s and you still don’t understand that it’s not a “Gay” disease. That’s right my dear, AIDS began when Heterosexuals began in the Congo area of Africa. In that part of our world, and most others, AIDS, like here, is a sexually transmitted disease. It infects more heterosexuals than those in the Gay communities.

You Carol, have a much higher chance of becoming infected from “Bob” or “Ted”. Why? Because you probably don’t know the current “Rules of Engagement” when it comes to having Sex. You’re more likely to jump into bed (with Ted) without knowing what questions to ask of him, what signs to look for that might indicate he’s sick, and without using any form of protection against STDs. And what of your husband – has he ever strayed? Ever used IV Drugs? If he has, then there’s a chance he was infected. All it takes is one encounter with an infected person. One encounter. And remember, more heterosexuals become infected today than Gays. Unprotected Sex, the use of dirty IV needles by drug users, blood transfusions, and accidental needle sticks all can cause infection. But thankfully, it’s not a death sentence it once was; today one can live out a full life while taking medication.

So Carol, there is no wrath of God involved, but God’s love has shined upon those infected by providing an almost cure, one that allows these people to live out their lives.

FYI – Billy Jean King was married to Lawrence “Larry” King the TENNIS player… not the TV yahoo. The commentary on her sexuality being in question from the beginning because she married “Larry King” shows the writer clearly didn’t research very carefully.

True,Drug users,Whores & Whore mongers can all get AIDS just like Queers can However it is a HIGH risk for Queers to catch AIDS due to sticking their cocks up each others Assholes & then sticking their nasty,”shitty” cocks down each others throats!! The BIBLE does teach us NOT to be GAY ” Do not lay with a man as you would a woman” The Lord even burned down a entire city due to GAYS! Also poor innocent people, kids, babies etc can catch AIDS due to blood transfusions or by being born with it.The Lord DOES love everyone & he does not wish for anyone to go to HELL BUT you must follow his word & ask for forgiveness, confess your sins,go & Sin no more! Jesus dies for our sins so that we may have a eternal life after leaving this earth ALL answers to life is in the living word of GOD which is the BIBLE ( Basic instructions before leaving earth ) God Bless all, PS God is angry with the Wicked.

I thank goodness that I am a 120% straight female. The world must be a confusing place to those attracted to the same gender or BOTH. I’ve had several gal friends over the years who found out the shocking way their husbands were gay. And some had married them only to manage to sire children, with no use for their wives afterwards. Some gals got out of the marrige early . Others lived on the better part of their lives naively.

No, Goad does not WANT people to go to hell. He gives us free choice. We make the decision to go to hell by our actions.

If you don’t know who God is these comments won’t mean anything to you. And evidently a lot of you don’t know who God is. God is the ultimate judge. The one and only judge. When we comment about whats in the bible, we should be commenting on what God has said, in which case we would not be judging; we would be repeating God’s word. And if you don’t know who he is, I recommend you try to find out.

They forgot to mention Tom Cruise, most gays on Miami Beach is aware of this one. Especially early in 2000 when the last scandal came out where he squashed this rumor, there was another guy on the beach that he was seeing too.

So eloquently said, Jesus. Very well thought out and intelligent response. My question is why do you bother on a site like this? The alt-right has obviously taken over! Any reasonable person with any common sense would know that AIDS is not a gay disease. I loved your reference to Bob & Ted in your comment to Carol. Very clever! However, you left out Alice. The big question to Carol would be whether she knows where Alice has been when she is munching on her muffin.

I can’t believe that here, in the 21st Century, all the people that are such pros about homosexuality, still believe it’s a chosen course of life. I understand that there are about two hundred religions in this country alone…..Gee, which God should I choose ? Maybe one of them is OK with those “choosing” to be with the same sex ? Hmmmmmm. One can choose to be a drunk or a drug addict, but a same sex person ? C’mon folks. Pray for your own selves and families. God knows there is more crap going on amongst human beings, that to think they would pick to be chastised and demeaned all their lives for sleeping with the same sex? Duh! Considering the dearth of failing marriages, if I could choose, I would much rather it be with a same sex person. There are many gay relationships that last longer than you heteros, so point the fingers at yourselves, hypocrites ! ! !

Actually some people are genetically and psych socially predisposed to addiction, even if statistically speaking. There are anomalies. But overall, cluster patterns form within families similarly to genetic disease.

AIDS almost never found in heterosexuals unless they are IV drug users. I know they tell you otherwise but it’s simply propaganda. Gay men have been dying young long before AIDS/HIV was a thing and it will continue despite “retrovirus” bottled death formulations. I could tell ,you why but like my health care research superiors it doesn’t fit the predetermined outcome so give another bottled death drug like maybe we’ll try plutonium enriched mustard gas metal porcupine cayenne suppositories.

Sexual orientation to some is black and white, for some it is various shades of grey. Born that way or by choice is debated. In the end it is all the same. Each life is unique, precious, and short. Our lives are another link added to the endless chain of generaions and lives. So eat, drink, and be marry with anyone you enjoy being with.

Get out your “bible” and reread where it says a man should not lay with another man. It is an abomination.

  37. Brenda Marshall

    April 13, 2017 at 2:59 am

Lana, that was in the old testament. Once Christ was born and the new testament was written our Lord God said for us to not follow the old but go with the new. To love, protect and take care of each other. Not a thing related to hate or to homosexuality in the new testament. The gay man nor the lesbian woman is any more a sinner than you or I.
