8. Trump Mortgage

Well, Trump is mostly really good at real estate. In 2006, he was sure that the real estate industry was going to be strong for years to come, so he created Trump Mortgage to provide private and commercial real estate loans. He laughed in the face of anyone who tried to tell him that the housing market bubble was in decline. Eighteen months later, the business was in debt, the housing market was crashing, and the company closed its doors after performing way below expectations.

    If trump had not tried and failed at as many things as he did, his successes would not be as great and his knowledge of the inner workings of business deals would not be as deep.

    Having learned from failings is one of Trump’s greatest advantages, now at 70 years old, he has a mind well trained in spotting problems and fixing those problems, and this is why he was propelled to the Presidency by the people and with the blessing from what ever divine source you want to recognize.

    That is all BS. If you are master of something you do that something better than anybody else. If you are a BS guy like Trump than you think you know everything, than you fail in everything others are better than you. That is how market works. Bill Gates and many others a masters of what they do, they NEVER failed…

    If Trump did not have money from his dad he would have never made it in business because he is a BS bully.
