Certainly a candidate for a list of ugliest celebs, Phil Spector rose to fame/eccentricity as a music producer with a taste for guns and insanity – (not a good mix.) In 2003, he shot actress Lana Clarkson once in the mouth, killing her instantly. After a seemingly endless trial, Spector was eventually convicted and sentenced to what will amount to life behind bars.
