15. Talat Pasha

Talat Pasha was one of three Pashas who ruled the Ottoman Empire during the early 1900’s. He was Minister of the Interior and Minister of Finance from 1914 until 1917 when he became Grand Vizier. He is considered to be the main perpetrator of the Armenian genocide which began in 1915. Millions were killed through brutal means, and much of the Armenian population was wiped out.
