The famous Meet the Parents actor has also been married to an average woman for a very long time. While at a restaurant called Chow in New York City in 1987 De Niro saw Grace Hightower who was working there. He kept trying to get her attention and eventually after about 10 years they married. Though early in the marriage it was rocky and they almost divorced for about four years they eventually reconciled. The couple has two children together and reside in New York City now.
