Beyoncé has been supportive of Hillary for over a year, as she attended a Hillary Clinton fundraiser in May of 2015. She tweeted to her followers that she hopes they’ll “Bey on Team #Hillary2016, too.” U.S. Weekly even released a story about a secret meeting between Hillary and Beyoncé on the top-secret set of Beyoncé’s latest music video. The Clinton camp was quick to deny the rumor, but U.S. Weekly insisted the story was true.
